11:35 BREAK OUT – GROUP DISCUSSION: Implementing the GPCA Distribution Code
Delegates will be split into groups to carry two tasks.
Task 1: Discuss and develop a plan for implementing the GPCA Distribution Code
Groups must consider how implementation can be optimized through collaboration with GPCA member companies, local industrial neighbors, commercial partners and local governments. Each group must elect a spokesperson to present their plan highlighting the opportunities for optimization through collaboration.
Task 2: Review the management practice in the GPCA Distribution Code and discuss the section on ‘Suggested activities/examples in the guidance document provided.
Each group must develop a list of activities and examples from their own companies which could be viewed as ‘Examples of Excellence’ and elect a spokesperson to present their ideas back to all workshop participants.
